HIGH Z-TYPE RIBS

The ground-breaking profiling technology using the ‘Z’ type rib causes the formation of deep shades between modules. This makes the roofing present its unique and dynamic form in any lighting conditions. Not only does the rib shade shape the image of the tiles but, above all, the screws and joints between the sheets are less visible. This has a fundamental effect on the roofing’s aesthetics.

EASY LINK

EASY LINK: to avoid the effect of pushing the overlapping sheets out at the connection of four sheets, the modular roof tiles IZI LOOK use the cut-out at the bottom rib corner. It helps to avoid the overlapping of four layers of sheets at the connection point and makes the roofing perfectly flat. Moreover, specially shaped profile of extreme ribs enables perfect matching of the sheets without visible longitudinal joints.

ULTIMAT [UTK] to powłoka o grubości 35 mikronów, która ma bardzo wysoką odporność na korozję i promieniowanie UV (RC4/RUV4). Jej ziarnista struktura, inspirowana naturą, przypomina znaną powłokę MAT 35 Standard [TK].

Powłoka ULTIMAT [UTK] jest wolna od chromu i metali ciężkich i posiada gwarantowaną powtarzalność kolorów i struktury w ramach MODULAR SERIES dla kolorów UTK 23, UTK 24, UTK 31, UTK 33.

HERCULIT® [HC]

It is a coating developed in close cooperation with a leading manufacturer of varnishes for the best steel mills in Europe. Longterm research of the previously used coatings and monitoring of customer needs, with particular attention to the demands of the roofers, helped us to combine so many different advantages in one product. HERCULIT® is a polyurethane-hardened polyester, with great resistance to all kinds of mechanical damage, and a thickness of 35 μm. It also retains high colour repeatability to provide consistent coating colour and structure.

In 2022, after months of research, trials and laboratory testing, we achieved a coating that was about 30% harder than the earlier version, while maintaining its thickness (35 μm) and formability. Thanks to all these parameters, it is an extremely durable product that will perform perfectly on the most demanding roof.
